A successful rental launch for a new luxury villa

The starting point

Villa Berry was a newly built, modern holiday villa in Croatia. For up to 8 guests, with a pool, balconies and plenty of open space. At launch it lacked a professional presentation and material that builds trust and triggers bookings.

What we did

We photographed and filmed the villa in full – including drone, model and a walk-through video. We also produced a fully developed guest folder with all the information on arrival & the surrounding area.

The result

As soon as the new photos and videos went live, the villa achieved strong bookings right away. The high-quality presentation created visibility, trust and a successful market launch.
