The starting point

The villa could not be found on Booking and was therefore not being booked. There was concern that the price had been set too high.

What we did

Before the shoot, I carried out an interior analysis and specifically sourced a few small additions for the styling. On site, existing furniture was rearranged and decor was placed to create a coherent, homely overall look. I then produced high-quality daytime and twilight photographs.

The result

After going live, the villa was quickly fully booked. The entire season was occupied and the following year was already heavily booked – despite prices being raised once again.
